• Prepare your quote, including looking up your home to measure the roofline
• Contact you about your quote and schedule your installation, maintenance and takedown
• Keep records of the work we do for you

Services that help run the website

A few outside services handle data on our behalf so the website can work:

• Web3Forms delivers your quote request to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it may briefly log technical details such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
• Google Fonts supplies the lettering on the site, so your browser may connect to Google to load it.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to quote, provide and support your service, including future seasons if you book with us again. If you don't book, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details such as payment information or gate codes through the quote form.

Your choices

Do Not Track

Because we don't track visitors across other websites, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
